Silverlake Axis wins the Silver Award in The Asian Banker Vendor Satisfaction Survey Awards 2016

Hanoi, Vietnam May 11th 2016 — Silverlake Axis received the Vendor Satisfaction Survey Silver Award during the tenth Asian Banker Technology Innovation Awards Programme. The awards ceremony was held in conjunction with the prestigious Asian Banker Summit 2016, the foremost annual meeting for decision makers in the financial services industry in the Asia Pacific region, held at the JW Marriott, Hanoi, Vietnam on May 11th 2016.
The Vendor Satisfaction Survey Awards recognise excellence in service provided by IT companies to the financial sector. The awardsis designed to identify emerging best practices in technology implementations, benchmark excellence in service, as well as set realistic goals that other banks and vendors taking the same path can set themselves.
Selection of winners for the Vendor Satisfaction Survey Award 2016 was based on The Asian Banker’s survey among financial institutions from Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa for over 150 technology implementation projects that were completed in 2015. The survey was conducted through interviews and written questionnaires in the first quarter 2016, during which over 60 vendors were rated by the financial institutions on a set of 10 parameters. The award winners were selected based on cumulative responses received.
The Asian Banker Technology Innovation Awards Programme, refereed by prominent global bankers, IT consultants and academics, provides an undisputed benchmark of technology implementation in an increasingly fierce marketplace.
